Meet Macaulay Spencer!


Having studied Computing at college, Macaulay joined QiC two months ago on a 12 month apprenticeship.

Working on QiC’s help desk, Macaulay is part of our telephone support team, providing day to day assistance to customers, resolving issues and answering queries.

As part of this role, Macaulay will receive comprehensive training from our IT professionals, and will gain huge experience from dealing with real business IT issues. He will also receive external training from college, with a view to achieving an NVQ in Computing by the end of his apprenticeship.
