We collect contact details both when we speak to you initially, and in the process of working with you as a client. This is required to allow us to carry out our services and contact you to discuss these.
Contact details would usually ony include Company Name & Address, Company Telephone Numbers and Company Email Addresses.
How we store the information
We take great care to keep your personal information safe. Information is stored in our own internal Maximizer CRM system which is secured within our office LAN. Details held outside of this system (in emails or mobile devices for example) are secured using industry standard security measures.
What we do with the information
Contact details such as telepone numbers and email addresses are used in our daily activity to allow us to provide relevent services.
We use email to send occasional alerts, reminders and newsletters in relation to QiC's services, all these emails contain a link that allows a user to opt out of further communication.
The primary use of the data we collect is to provide allow QiC to carry out services as requested by our clients.

Retention and Destruction
Our policy is to provide our customers with control over retention and destruction of their data. Individual contact details held by QiC can be requested to be deleted anytime. Deletion is instant and irrecoverable.
What we don’t and won’t ever do
We don’t, and never will sell or rent your information to any 3rd party.
